The sponsorship launch for the 2029 Island Games, which the island will host, has moved to the High Performance Centre at the National Sports Centre (NSC) in Douglas, Energy FM Sport reported on 30 October.
The launch had previously been advertised as taking place at the Villa Marina.
According to Energy FM Sport, the event has also been scaled down and made less formal. It will now centre on conversations with organisations that want to explore backing the games.
The station said event details and booking arrangements had been revised to reflect the new plans, and that further information was available online.
Energy FM Sport’s report did not give a date or time for the launch, and did not say why the venue and format had changed.
