LML Limited, which trades as ascend, has been granted a Financial Services Licence by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (FSA), the island’s financial regulator.

The FSA said it granted the licence on 29 October under section 7 of the Financial Services Act 2008, and that it took effect straight away.

According to the regulator, the licence permits activity under class 4, sub-classes (1) to (15) inclusive.

The FSA announced the licence in a new licenceholder notice on its website. The notice gave no further information about the company or the business it intends to carry on.
