Island businesses are being invited to find out how artificial intelligence could help them work more efficiently, at an event at the Comis Hotel on 21 October.

The session is one of a series of IntegrAIte events run by digital transformation specialist MBS, according to Manx Radio. It is pitched at firms looking to cut paperwork, improve customer service and spend less time on manual work.

Manx Radio reported that the events are intended to demonstrate how technology can make routine tasks simpler.

Chris Corlett, business development manager at MBS, acknowledged to Manx Radio that people can be cautious about the risks of AI. He said those concerns come down to governance.

After the Isle of Man event, the series moves to the other Crown Dependencies:

  • Isle of Man: Comis Hotel, 21 October
  • Guernsey: 10 November
  • Jersey: 12 November

Manx Radio said further details about the events are available online.
