Eight Steam Packet sailings and nine flights cancelled over the weekend

Eight Steam Packet sailings across Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October are listed as cancelled, according to the company’s sailing status page. Isle of Man Airport’s live flight information, as published on Saturday, also shows nine flights cancelled. Neither listing gives a reason.

The Steam Packet lists these sailings as cancelled (island time).

Saturday 24 October:

• 10:00 Douglas to Liverpool (Manannan)
• 19:15 Liverpool to Douglas (Manannan)
• 19:30 Douglas to Heysham (Ben-my-Chree)

Sunday 25 October:

• 01:45 Heysham to Douglas (Ben-my-Chree)
• 08:00 Douglas to Heysham (Ben-my-Chree)
• 13:45 Heysham to Douglas (Ben-my-Chree)
• 15:00 Douglas to Liverpool (Manannan)
• 19:15 Liverpool to Douglas (Manannan)

The sailing status page also carries a separate notice headed ‘Manxman dry dock extension update’.

The airport’s live flight information shows these flights as cancelled, with the scheduled times it lists:

• easyJet EZY519 from Liverpool (11:40) and EZY520 to Liverpool (12:10)
• easyJet EZY841 from London Gatwick (13:35) and EZY842 to London Gatwick (14:05)
• Loganair LM676 from London Heathrow (16:10)
• Aer Lingus EI3216 from Dublin (16:50) and EI3217 to Dublin (17:20)
• Loganair LM697 to Manchester (17:30) and LM698 from Manchester (19:45)
