The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has cancelled five sailings on its Liverpool and Heysham routes over the weekend of 24 and 25 October, according to its sailing status page.

The cancelled sailings, all in island time, are:

  • Saturday 24 October, 10:00 Douglas to Liverpool (Manannan)
  • Saturday 24 October, 19:15 Liverpool to Douglas (Manannan)
  • Saturday 24 October, 19:30 Douglas to Heysham (Ben-my-Chree)
  • Sunday 25 October, 01:45 Heysham to Douglas (Ben-my-Chree)
  • Sunday 25 October, 08:00 Douglas to Heysham (Ben-my-Chree)

The status page lists each of the five simply as “cancelled” and does not give a reason for any of them.

The page also carries a separate notice headed “Manxman Dry dock Extension update”. The entry gives no further detail in the status listing, and it does not say whether it relates to the cancellations.

Passengers booked on the affected sailings, or travelling on the island’s sea routes this weekend, should check directly with the Steam Packet for the latest information and any alternative arrangements.
