The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has cancelled four sailings on Friday 23 October and warned that two more are at risk, according to its sailing status page.

The following crossings are cancelled (all times island time):

  • 06:45 Douglas to Larne (Manannan)
  • 08:00 Douglas to Heysham (Ben-my-Chree)
  • 10:45 Larne to Douglas (Manannan)
  • 13:45 Heysham to Douglas (Ben-my-Chree)

The company lists these sailings as at risk:

  • 15:00 Douglas to Liverpool (Manannan)
  • 19:15 Liverpool to Douglas (Manannan)

The Steam Packet did not give a reason for the cancellations or the at-risk status on its sailing status page.

The page also carries a separate notice, marked as important information, giving an update on the extension of the Manxman’s dry dock period.

Anyone booked to travel on Friday, particularly on the Liverpool sailings, should check the latest position with the Steam Packet before setting off for the terminal.
