Kirk Michael actor John Rhys-Davies has a new film out. Seniors, a comedy drama, opened on Friday 23 October, 3FM reported.

Rhys-Davies is familiar to many from the Lord of the Rings and Indiana Jones films. In Seniors he takes the part of a war veteran, in a story built around a friendship between two people who would not normally be expected to get along.

His co-stars include Paris Brosnan and Eric Mendenhall, according to the station.

The release is a limited one. 3FM said the film is being screened in a selection of cinemas in the United States only, and the station did not report any plans for it to be shown elsewhere.
