Ed Space, a mental health charity that provides peer support to men across the island, is holding a recruitment drop-in in Douglas today (Saturday 17 October) as it looks for more male volunteers.

According to Manx Radio, representatives from the charity are at the Windsor Coffee Shop on Douglas Promenade until 16:00.

The charity wants to recruit more men to volunteer and help support its peer support services, Manx Radio reported.

Anyone interested in volunteering is invited to call in during the afternoon. The station said visitors can find out more about the volunteer role and how they can get involved.

The drop-in is open to anyone curious about the work. Visitors do not need to commit to volunteering in order to attend.
