Damian Ciappelli MHK has called on the Government to settle on a clear focus instead of pursuing a lengthy set of priorities, Manx Radio has reported.
Mr Ciappelli, the Douglas North MHK, said he was concerned that attempting to deal with many issues at the same time could lead to “a lost sense of importance”. The House of Keys is the elected chamber of Tynwald.
He also said it was important to take the right approach, according to the broadcaster.
His remarks came after Tynwald considered, at a sitting earlier this month, what the priorities of the new administration should be.
Manx Radio’s report did not say which areas Mr Ciappelli believes the Government should concentrate on.
