Two Isle of Man Steam Packet Company sailings leaving Douglas on Friday 23 October have been marked as at risk, according to the operator’s sailing status page.

The affected departures are:

  • 06:45 Douglas to Larne, operated by the Manannan
  • 08:00 Douglas to Heysham, operated by the Ben-my-Chree

An at-risk listing means a sailing may be disrupted but has not been cancelled. The Steam Packet did not give a reason for either listing on its status page.

No other sailings were shown as cancelled, delayed or amended when the page was updated on the evening of Wednesday 21 October.

The company has also published a separate notice headed “Manxman Dry dock Extension update”, which it describes as important information for passengers. Those booked on Manxman services should read the notice on the Steam Packet website.

Passengers due to travel on Friday morning are advised to check the latest sailing status with the Steam Packet before setting off for the Sea Terminal, as the position may change.
