easyJet will fly between the island and Glasgow, Birmingham and London Luton during the TT 2027 race fortnight, the airline and Isle of Man Airport have announced.
The airline already serves Ronaldsway from Liverpool, Manchester and London Gatwick, and runs seasonal routes to Geneva and Bristol, according to Manx Radio. Isle of Man Today reported that the Luton service is a returning route, while the Birmingham and Glasgow flights have been added for the festival.
The extra services will not operate daily. Manx Radio set out the pattern for each route:
- Glasgow: the Monday and Friday of practice week and race week, plus Mad Sunday.
- Birmingham: the Monday and Friday of practice week and race week.
- London Luton: the Monday, Wednesday and Friday of practice week and race week, with additional flights on the Saturday and Sunday after Senior Race Day.
The airport described the additions as “fantastic news for TT visitors”. Manx Radio reported that the airport said they would give fans “even more choice and flexibility when planning their trip to the Isle of Man”.
The airport told Isle of Man Today that seats are already available, saying: “Flights are on sale now so you can get your TT 2027 plans underway.”
The announcement follows a shake-up of Loganair’s London flying. Isle of Man Today reported that the airline will increase its service to London Heathrow from 25 October, while withdrawing its route to London City.
Under the new timetable, Loganair will run morning and evening Heathrow flights from Monday to Friday, allowing passengers to travel to London and return the same day. There will be no Heathrow flights on Saturdays, although return flights will operate on Sundays.
The airline said the extra weekday services were aimed at business and leisure travellers, as well as passengers connecting at Heathrow with its partner airlines. It said ending the London City route followed a review of its London services and was intended to “align its network with customer demand”.
According to Isle of Man Today, August figures showed 278 fewer passengers travelling between the island and London City than in August 2025.
