Steam Packet cancels Manannan's Douglas–Larne return sailings

The 06:45 departure from Douglas and the 10:45 return from Larne are listed as cancelled on the operator's sailing status page, which gives no reason.

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has cancelled a return crossing between Douglas and Larne on Manannan.

The company’s sailing status page, updated shortly after midnight on Wednesday 14 October, lists the following sailings as cancelled (island time):

  • 06:45 Douglas to Larne (Manannan)
  • 10:45 Larne to Douglas (Manannan)

The page does not give a date for the cancelled sailings or a reason for the cancellations. No other sailings were listed as delayed, amended or under review at the time of the update.

The page also carries a separate notice headed “Manxman Dry dock Extension update”. The Steam Packet has not linked that notice to the Larne cancellations.

Passengers booked on either sailing can check the latest position on the Steam Packet’s sailing status page or contact the company directly.
