Some households in Peel will be without water from 23:00 tonight, Tuesday 13 October, while Manx Utilities carries out repairs to water mains, 3FM has reported.

Properties on Stanley Road, Gib Lane and Shore Road are among those affected, according to the station.

Manx Utilities said supplies could be turned off for up to four hours. It described the work as essential mains repairs and said it would be done overnight.

If the work takes the full four hours, supplies would return at about 03:00 on Wednesday.

3FM said the three streets were among those affected, but it did not give a full list of streets or say how many properties are involved.

Residents with questions about the work or their supply can contact Manx Utilities.
