Small and medium-sized businesses on the island can now check how exposed they are to cyber threats, using a new online tool launched by Cyber Toolkit at the CyberIsle 2026 conference.

According to Manx Radio, the project is being run in partnership with Government. Firms that use the tool receive a score reflecting their level of cyber risk, along with guidance on strengthening their online systems.

Manx Radio described the launch as extending security support to organisations across the island.

CyberIsle 2026 is a cyber security conference that gathers specialist speakers and businesses, the broadcaster reported.

Manx Radio’s Oliver Sykes spoke to Director of Cyber Security Mike Haywood about the announcement.

Manx Radio’s report did not say how businesses can access the tool, whether there is any charge, or which organisations are eligible to use it.
